The Holiday season and the upcoming turn of the year present the perfect opportunity for a review step: pause, look back on the year’s moments of success, and reflect on things past. 2024 has been another year for us of achieving great things together, for which we are very grateful. We look forward to reaching for the sky again next year and enjoying 360° views from up high.

We continue to grow – Part 1

The official announcement was made at the beginning of May: BSI now provides innovative CRM/CX solutions to companies in Italy as well. With our new office in Milan and a dedicated Italian team, we are now on-site in Italy and are excited about our newly expanded European footprint. And initial successes did not take long to materialize: One was the coveted Italian Digital360 Award we received at the CIO Summit for the best CRM, marketing and sales solution.

We continue to grow – Part 2

riskine in Austria ensued soon after BSI in Italy: In mid-May, BSI added another success factor in the DACH region to the family: riskine, the renowned Austrian fintech company. With this acquisition, we are expanding the BSI Customer Suite to include forward-looking consulting products that will sustainably strengthen our focus industries in the long term. Together with riskine, we will unrelentingly continue to pursue our strategic growth path and expand our presence in Europe.

Both BSI and riskine are well-established leaders in their focus industries, banking and insurance. Together, we are now going to create even more innovations and customer-oriented solutions. We will retain the proven riskine brand, as well as riskine’s product portfolio, which we are now integrating into BSI's software solutions. At the same time, riskine’s customers will continue to benefit from the flexible usability of their products.

OMR 2024

In May, we were represented at OMR (Online Marketing Rockstars) together with our partners adesso, Contentsquare, crossnative, and synpulse. This digital marketing festival and conference in Hamburg attracted more than 67,000 visitors over two days. In addition to many inspiring morsels of food for thought, our guests enjoyed Swiss specialties and relished impressive and successful performance figures that made them crave even more. To that end, and in line with our motto “A taste of success,” we were able to delight many people at all levels.

Our master classes, presented together with our partners, were especially popular. In the evening, we converted our alpine cabin into a party chalet and created a lively atmosphere, with music provided by DJ Miss Sabién.

A heartfelt “thank you” goes to our wonderful team who gave it their all during those two days to create an unforgettable experience for everyone.

P.S.: We will be there again in 2025. Get ready for us, Convention Center! We very much look forward to it.

To a solid and strong partnership

In July, we welcomed Bregal Unternehmerkapital (BU) to BSI. BU is a new investor who will accompany BSI on its growth path and support us in continuing our customer-oriented growth strategy and driving our expansion in Europe. At the same time, we must say goodbye to our previous partner, Capvis, after four successful years, who supported us during that time in every way with the continued development of our software and the expansion of our portfolio.

With BU as a strong partner, we are generating new momentum for innovation and customer centricity. Our unique company culture and proven products will remain unchanged as we work together to shape the next phase of our growth. We look forward to our collaboration with BU and to continuing our success story together!

Customer Summit

At the beginning of November, we held our BSI Customer Summit under the motto “Elements of Success.” More than 1,100 guests attended on-site, at the Gottfried Duttweiler Institute (GDI), and online. Together with our customers and partners, we reviewed innovations, use cases, and best practices of the BSI Customer Suite. We demonstrated how complex and versatile but also how individual success can be.

Over two days, about 60 speakers shared their valuable experience from CRM, CX, and AI projects with our audience, which consisted of sales, marketing, service, and IT professionals from the DACH region. This year’s two special highlights were the introduction of our new BSI Elements and the many enhancements to our BSI Companion.

Anticipation is the best kind of joy: Customer Summit 2025

Next year’s Customer Summit will once again be held at the GDI. The dates are 4 and 5 November 2025.

BSI Campus

To better support our customers, partners, and BSI employees, we have made substantial investments in the continued evolution of our BSI Academy. So far, we have held 17 master classes and 2 professional classes, where an impressive 698 use cases were developed, and 241 certificates were awarded. In addition, we conducted a dozen new on-site training courses in 2024 and expanded our e-learning portfolio threefold to provide even more flexibility and learning opportunities.

Also new this year were the Academy Days in the spring and the slightly longer BSI Campus in November. There, with the BSI Customer Suite as the center of attention, customers, partners, and BSI employees came together for five days of learning, testing, working, tinkering, and challenging each other. All participants were able to build their own individualized training package from an extensive program.

Good news for those who missed the Campus (or would like to attend it again): Two more Campus dates are already planned for 2025 in Berlin: May 12 to 16, 2025, and October 13 to 17, 2025. More information is available at BSI Academy.

Pictures from BSI’s 2024 Midsummer Festival

Once again this year, we can look back on a successful growth trajectory and look forward to another record year. Our team has grown to an impressive 569 success factors, more than half of whom are actively involved in our success as shareholders.

We had the opportunity in 2024 to be present at more than 43 trade fairs and events in the DACH region and Italy and had compelling conversations with many people there. Plus, with 7 webinars, attended by more than 630 participants, we were able to set several digital highlights.
