Baden, May 6, 2024 - BSI's software experts in Switzerland exceed market expectations with their Release 24/1: Not only does the BSI Customer Suite, in its current version, impress with an expanded range of functions but it also raises the bar once again for enterprise CRM systems in terms of quality, efficiency, user-friendliness, and innovation. With its new release, the team around CEO Markus Brunold also demonstrates again in 2024 that at BSI, technical prowess and extensive industry expertise go hand in hand with a high level of customer understanding and a passion for good software.

  • The new BSI Companion is a smart assistant that makes working with the BSI Customer Suite easier. It summarizes customer inquiries precisely, provides valuable information based on customer data, does translations and presents suggested answers based on its user’s specific specifications.
  • A new process control ensures smooth business processes, which can also be automated across departments in conjunction with the BSI Companion’s Artificial Intelligence.
  • With BSI Engage, end customers can personally book online appointments on self-service platforms, make GDPR- and DSG*-compliant video calls, and sign legally compliant contracts electronically.
  • In BSI CRM, advisers and salespeople get customer information generated by AI in real time. This information is displayed on clearly arranged information tiles and simulated image worlds, facilitating a generative 360° view of a customer's situation.
  • BSI Insight enhances professional data analysis with a visual environment. New, interactive charts make it faster and easier for CRM professionals to grasp patterns, correlations, and trends and make relevant decisions.
  • The data model in BSI CDP can now be adapted even better to the specific needs and requirements of industries and companies. New functions and Artificial Intelligence ensure maximum flexibility and extensibility. With BSI EIP as a low-code integration platform, all customer data across the corporation is combined into the BSI data model, while at the same time, the highest data quality and GDPR-compliant data protection are ensured.
